Hello,

I am just joining your tribe. I would like to share
with you and interesting experience regarding Project management.

I am a coach and Communication training and I just had a new client who a project manager.
He was facing a daily conflict with one of his staff.
It was disturbing him a lot without any idea how to resolve that.

I suggested him to practice one simple exercise. After doing that, the problem just disappeared!
He could really cool dow and see a clear success of his project.

I decided to share my knowledge about it. Because it is the first
Ebook I am writing, I am making it fro free for you until the end of the year.

You can ask me to sennd it to you if the case you are facing a similar situation.

Very best regards.

Philippe

Philippe, thanks for offering to help. Would you recommend "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie as a good people skills book?

I would recommend the course if you can get to it... Some of the excercises in class are corney but they get you thinking... I've read all of the Dale Carnegie books and although they are dated, they are never outdated. They are very relevant and helpful!

        Forget the book.
Emotional Intelligence is what we are talking about here (see book with same tittle by author Daniel Goleman) .
        Needs to be practiced.

Remember we retain a minuscule percentage of what we hear or read or see. Need to combine the sensory inputs and add real life experience, then I learn and keep the learning.

Check out: www.mkp.org -- you will find a weekend workshop near you where you can do some serious practice.

        Hope this helps
